Ponderance of the Sacred
The San Francisco Peaks reflect in a small
snow-melt pond at the base of Hart Prairie after a
big winter.  These Peaks are sacred to many of the
Native Americans in the Southwest, and many
people also cherish the mountain for the downhill
ski resort scarring the slopes of Agassiz Peak.  As
a photographer, I could do without the ski runs.
