Aspen Flames
These aspen trees were not really on fire but the
leaves really light up when backlit in the fall. That
color combined with the muted patterns in the trunks
called out for a composition. This aspen stand is
along a favorite trail in the Inner Basin of the San
Francisco Peaks.
